The TLM GROUP was formed in August 2008 by Tom Ellicock and Lee Papper the former owners of Flexiline Forecourt Services and joined by Ron Haacke former Managing Director of Petrol Express.

These three individuals represent many years of experience in providing personalised customer service in the Forecourt Industry and have sufficient contacts and reputation to win contracts in pump servicing and forecourt installations from Morrisons Supermarkets, BP, Malthurst and Petrogas (Apple Green) plus many outstanding Independent Operators such as Jonathan James and Phoenix Service Stations.

The Group are also in the process of announcing a range of other products for the Forecourt Industry including the exciting VR Refiner which is a revolutionary development to capture all fuel vapour from escaping into the atmosphere, thus making fuel retailing much more environmentally acceptable.
